Camp with us! The meadow and surrounding woods are plentiful with spots to camp — nearby or secluded — and we highly recommend camping with us. Bring a tent, a sleeping bag, and anything else to be comfortable.

If camping isn't your thing, there are plenty of great Airbnbs nearby.

Parking will be on site. We may also have some friends running a shuttle to a house or two down the road, so we can accommodate more cars.

Bring food you'd like to cook for yourself and to share. There's also a grocery store 7 minutes down the road.

Yes! The big tent is our shelter, kitchen, and eating area, stocked with grills, Blackstone skillets, a sink, and basic kitchen supplies. Please use it, make lots of food for each other, and help us keep it clean all weekend.

Yes! We are looking for head chefs for big meals like Saturday and Sunday dinner. So if you would like to cook a big meal, mention it on the RSVP and we can be in touch.

Not ready to be a head chef but love to help in the kitchen? We also are looking for line chefs to help prep food for the big meals and support our kitchen manager, Laura. Either way, let us know on the RSVP form, or email Laura directly.

For sunny meadow frolicking: t-shirts, shorts, sandals, a hat.

For rain: it's Vermont, so pack a rain jacket and boots even if the forecast looks perfect. Nights can get cool — bring a warm layer.

For the pond: a swimsuit and a towel. 🏖️

Some items to consider: sunscreen, bug spray, a headlamp or flashlight, a water bottle, and a camp chair.

And for the full Landgroove effect: sequins, costumes, and anything that sparkles. Dress up! 🪩

There will be porta-potties on site. We're also building a water shed over the old cabin hookups to power a sink and a water spigot, so there's water for washing your hands and face, washing dishes, and filling water bottles.

No showers, but there is a pond and soap! 🩳👙

First and foremost, we want you to be there and enjoy an amazing time with all the friends. If you have the resources, we'd greatly appreciate your financial contribution. We do have an operating cost of ~$2,500 for the tent, porta-potties, and kitchen / infrastructure. If you are able to donate, please send some cold hard cash to Kate's Venmo.
